Scenic

Here you get a two for one. The falls area, (which is accessable without a state park sticker), and Lake Superior. To see the lake, you either need to have the sticker, or you will need to hike a bit from the falls area. A few of the campsites are very close to the lake. There is also good access to the bike trail, with free parking here (in the rest area lot), and closer to the lake with a sticker.
