Easy access off highway 16. Did have a blue sign labeled “camper dump” next to it (must have been added since last post) free and convenient.

Free dump station. No water. Stay on hiway 16 coming into town from the east. Sign marks turn off to dump station. Spring Valley also has a city campground a couple miles out of town. Campground also has a dump site. We didn't stay there. City worker told us we needed to sign up at City Hall to camp there.
