Nothing Too Special, But Nice Park

Pretty standard MN state park. We stayed in non electric site which didn't have any shade, so recommend being a bit more attentive to that if there during summer

Maplewood

It is a beautiful park however, the road maintenance is lacking. What’s at our site? We did not want to travel by car very much because of the rough roads and potholes.

Beautiful Park

This park has an awesome campground right on the lake. Large, flat, grassy sites with shade. & several electrical sites. Bathrooms & lakes were clean! Great hiking trails with lots of mosquitoes but fall is better with the colors & fewer bugs!

Free Fishing

Free fishing on Grass Lake. No license required. Fishing gear available. Fish from the dock, or rent a boat or kayak. Screened-in fish cleaning building available. Large, level sites available right on Grass Lake. Cabins available. Beautiful Fall colors, Northern lights, clean restrooms and showers.
