This was our Maiden voyage 2.0 as our first trip was cut short due to river flooding earlier in the month. Campground personnel are very personable, nice gravel-level sites with FHU, shower houses and laundry (not used), walking trails, mountain bike trails, and located within 30 minutes of Minneapolis.

Always good to know that when school is in session, you can just drive in. Registering online adds $8 to your fees.

Stay there several times, will stay there again. Very clean sights. It s unusual to find a park in the middle of a big city with lots of nature trails going thru the woods and around ponds. That's what camping is all about.

Was a very nice park. Very friendly staff.
Only negative was the site we stayed at, the fire pit was behind our camper and on the opposite side of our camper door side, and 10 ft from the neighbors fire pit. This was the only site like this. If they moved the fire pit it would solve that problem. But will stay there again for sure.

Nice park. Highly recommend. 14 day limit. No wifi or much in office store or would be 5 stars.
