Nice City Park

Nice well maintained city park. The hosts are friendly and kind. We had a storm on the last night and a couple of limbs came down. The park had sirens alerting you of the bad storm. The next morning they chopped them up and raked up the leaf debris. They are on top of it. In my site I tripped the breaker several times and on my last day an electrician came in and changed out the breaker. The bathrooms were very clean. For $30 this is a hidden little gem. Go to Brothers bar and grill for their wings. Verizon is 1 bar. AT&T is 3 bars. OTA tv gets all majors but NBC. There WiFi was on for 2 of my 5 days and then I could not get a signal. I would come back without hesitation.

Great County Park

Great park for a stay slightly outside of Rochester. Bigger sites available for motor homes or toy haulers. Electric hookups but no water or sewer. Easy in and out dump station and water fill up. Bathrooms are clean. Not all pads are level. 15 minutes to hospital. Plenty of room on turns and trees to navigate park roads. Low bridge coming to park from the east out of Eyota. 13’ 6”. Come from the west with bigger rigs.
