Very Good
Met up with out of state friends and stayed here 2 nights on 2 occasions. Nice quiet and safe.

Great Overnight
Customer Service didn't know if it overnighting is allowed, asked acting manager. She looked me up and down, thought for a moment, clarified "One night only, right?" and permitted it. I was the only RV.
