Stayed one night en route to our final destination. Family run and recently under new ownership/management. Friendly, helpful staff that stay on property! Updates are still being made. Restrooms (scheduled for update winter 2026) are old but everything worked well so we didn't add water to our tanks while traveling. Many year round or seasonal campers. Thankful for a spot to get much needed rest with our A/C during HOT summer.

Small campground. Needs some upkeep . Lots are hard to get into due to lot marker post( vertical railroad tie 5' above grade) in the way . Lots are really small put your awning out and it is about 4' from the neighbors camper . A lot of lots flood . And then there's the campers with dogs that bark non stop . Not much to do as far as activities .

What A Dump

This place has no real amenities. The little golf course is in very poor condition. The play ground is in very poor condition. The bathrooms are old and in need of security and a remodeling. I never felt safe in the bathrooms. So I did not shower there. I cut my 2 month stay down to a day and left. The laundry room had more broken machines in it then fixed. And the store is the same as everything else. Old, it dated and in need of repair.
