What’s Not To Like
I was only there for one night. The park is very nice - lots of space between sites we paid $29 for an electric only spot - in mid September. There is a bar and they serve pizza and a nice outside patio. Lots of cute cabins but we had our trailer.

Nice For A Few Days
Nice campground for a few days. Sandy ground, so super messy. Staff is nice, but lay down the rules as soon as you check in. Kind of strange. Beautiful setting, and close to amenities.

Nice Camping
Stayed in electric only site. Good dog walking park. Shady and relaxing. Noticed parts of the full hook up sites were not as private, glad that we were in the spot we were. All of the spots did have good spacing. Had pizza and drinks at bar. Music near the river was fun too. Enjoyed camping here.

Everything you need!
We were in site 24. My first and only complaint is that the dump tube was slightly uphill. We built a ramp out of logs and boards to somewhat even it out, but it still required flushing the black tube with a hose after detaching it from the camper. Otherwise, this site was great! Slight slope from the right to left but not awful. Firepits have flip grates on them which we used every day for cooking. There is a pizza place and bar, and a great deck and natural seating area by the river. Live music a couple of nights we were there. Small store with necessities and souvenirs. There are rustic tent sites, full hook ups for travel trailers, and cabins. Also a heated pool. We loved this place!

Very Disappointed
We were very disappointed in this campground. If you’re splurging on the high price expecting a nicely landscaped RV “resort”, look elsewhere. The place has resort “bones”, but basic maintenance on the sites is lacking. I had to hold back a tree sapling that was leaning waist high across our site while hubby backed the rig in. Our site sloped downward in front so much we couldn’t get level. The sewer hookup was behind the coach and uphill. Ummm....”stuff” doesn’t flow uphill. The sites in the center of the park have no bushes or trees for privacy. The grass on our site was sparse with a big bare patch where someone had left a mat out in the past and no attempt had been made to reseed. The traffic islands in front of the office are knee deep in weeds. On the plus side the office/bar building, pool, hot tub, and communal fire pit by the river are nice, cabins look nice, staff is friendly, and location is close to Marquette. We won’t stay here again.

Will Visit Again!
What a great campground! The riverside sites were simply beautiful with hiking trails along the river. There's even a well-manicured trail with a fire pit, chairs, and a pavilion with a heater. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was new and clean. Loved it and can't wait to come back!
