Nice Little Spot

Friendly. Didn’t use the pool or facilities but seems in good shape. Had a nice shady spot. Loved the pull through sites. Was holiday weekend so rate was a little higher but it was good for us. WiFi was not very strong but that’s pretty common.

Stayed one night at Houghton Lake Travel Park. $27 for w/e. The sites are large and well spaced. The owner/manager was very nice and gave is a spot with no one next to us because I asked and said I didn't want our new puppy bothering anyone. They were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Nice trees and well groomed park.

Nice Campground

Very small but quiet very shaded lots, we only stayed one night on our way to the U.P. But definitely would stay longer at another time. The reason for only four stars instead of five was it’s close to hwy
