Worst KOA
We called at 6pm and they close at 8. We were about an hour away, they said no problem. We get there at 7:35 and I get, "Oh, your the ones that said you'd be here in an hour. We close in 25 minutes." He then proceeds to give us a tiny uneven spot with a big hole and tree in the way. I was in a truck camper and I didn't fit. He moved to an another spot, but this one had water, so it was an $11 upgrade. It was a little more level and the trees weren't in the way. By this time it was 8, so we stayed just for the one night. There were plenty of better spots they could have given us, but I guess he was upset We came in right before closing. Also, the only KOA that did not send us a survey after we left...I wonder why?

Don't Waste Your Money
We stayed here a week ago and won't be back. Over priced, horrible sites that aren't level and aren't mowed, I didn't see anyone that worked there that was over 25 and it showed, no one cared. Bathroom and showers weren't clean.

Very Poorly Maintained
This could be a great park if they properly maintained the property. But they don’t- grass hadn’t even mowed in weeks, sites are not level and are mud holes when it rains. Our site had numerous cable/electric lines sticking out of the ground making them tripping hazards. It is also run by young people who don’t care.

Needs Improvement
Sites need to be leveled and ruts filled. Staff young and not friendly but ok. Bare minimum at site.

First and last time we will camp here. When we got to our site there was no water pressure at all. There was a fire ring on the site which you could pick up and put anywhere in the gravel/grass. The picnic table was a site to behold, the only thing that was good for would be maybe fire wood in the portable fire ring. It was a rather quiet park considering the close proximity to I-75. Not real impressive overall.

Just OK
The positives: The park is quiet, the bathrooms and showers are well maintained, and the pool area is also maintained but the pool is NOT heated. Staff seemed nice. Areas to improve: The kids play areas need considerable work. There were broken playground equipment that kids can get seriously hurt on, general maintenance and lawn care is needed, the mini golf course is in need of fixing. The kids liked it, but we had to watch carefully since so much was broken.
