Nice well maintained, clean park. Sites are too tight. Depending on the wind there can be an awful sewage odor from the treatment plant next door.

Very Nice
We stayed the weekend before Memorial Day. We had Very nice lot right by the pool. If you used Google maps to find it they send you to the visitors parking lot not to the main gate. We had to turn around. Other than that 1st issue we Loved it and are planning to return again soon. Nice area. Nice people.

What a wonderful place and what a gem Grand Haven is. The RV resort is excellent for our 45’ coach and towed. Get a site looking out over the Grand River if possible. Great view and pleasant surroundings. Would stay there anytime and every time when in the area. A high end RV resort reasonably priced.

Nice
We stayed a week in late July. No smell noticed. Sites in second row from river are a bit close for such a nice resort. Had terrible with power pedestal initially as temps were very high.

Concrete Pads For All Sites.
You can definitely tell this is a new RV park, very nice, neat and they try to keep it very clean. All sites are about the same size and have concrete pads - lots near water they have enlarged the concrete pads, and they need to do the same for the rest of the spots - you cannot leave anything unattended on the grass, but there is not enough space on the concrete for everything when you have a 42' motorhome parked, and a tow vehicle. Good location, and great pizza 2 blocks away

Beautiful!
We were leery about staying here because of previous reviews of smell. Had no issues, maybe a passing scent and we were right next to the treatment plant. Great spots, clean, access to fishing off docks and small park with dog park. Owners hosted Labor Day bbq with live band! Great stay!

Beautiful Park
Beautiful RV Park. Sites are concrete and level. Property is spotless. Our reviews spoke about the smell. We were there 3 nights and did not experience it at all!! I will definitely stay here again when I am in Grand Haven.

Very nice place, the smell from the water treatment plant seemed only to be noticeable when you are over by it, we didn't smell it at all.. We'll stop by again...

This is the nicest park in the Grand Haven area. Great water front sites and can walk across the street for a great breakfast. We will be back.

Great But Smelly...
Loved this place. Beautiful grounds, well manicured lawns, padded sites that are level with plenty of room on both sides. We had a waterside site which sat on the river and was so peaceful sitting out there and relaxing. The pool area was great- huge pool with tons of lounge chairs. The hot tub was nice too. This is one of the nicest places we've been to and would normally get five stars but have to lower it due to the smell. The park sits next to a waste water treatment facility and when the wind blows just right, it stinks. Our first day was perfect- no smell. Day two, wind shifted and the smell is bad. It's not a fall down, gagging smell, but putrid enough to make everyone notice and turn the other cheek. I'd stay here again because it's beautiful, but maybe try to get a site further north away from the plant.

Campground is clean and near many of the area attractions, but away from all the traffic that goes with that. Nice pool, hot tub playground. Can fish in the river from the walk path. Downside is it is next to city water treatment plant and depending on wind direction you can smell it. That is reason for lower rating.

RV Resort On A River
We are extremely impressed with this RV park! Spacious lots, everything is new and very nice and helpful employees! Our lot had full hookups and was on the river, and the walking path. We'll definitely be back!
