We have 5 RV Sites and numerous tent sites. We have 50 and 30 amp service, water and sewer drop. Tent sites are primitive. We also have 2 motel rooms, 3 small, 1 medium and 1 large cabins available for daily rentals. Once you find us you don't want to leave.

Turn right on US 31 North from 115. Go about 2 miles turn right Love Road (Shop-N-Save on corner) go 1 mile turn right on Dam Road last place on left( right before Homestead Dam on Betsie River). Office first driveway Big House.

Super clean super quiet good size play area for the kids they sell home-grown maple syrup.... wood bundles only five bucks campsites are large

Beautiful setting on Betsie River, clean, well maintained, very close to Frankfort, Pointe Betsie, Crystal Lake, very friendly, helpful owners.
