At first...

Seemed sketchy, but we stayed. There is an outside lot that says no overnight parking, so we found the SW corner of Walmart's lot, and there are no signs. We stayed with no problems. If you can get close enough to the big sign in the corner, there is even a 50 amp plug. SW corner is a little busy, but by night, it got quiet. A little road noise from I-81 but bearable.

Stayed overnight in my car. There were 2 RVs, 2 vans and a few other cars also staying overnight.

Ok Stay

We did see signs that said no overnight parking, but there were at least two run down trailers with no towing vehicle in sight that looked like they had been there a while, generators out and running the whole time. In addition to those, there was at least one other motorhome and a couple trucks staying the night with us.

Okay to stay overnight

Just called (2-20-19) was told that overnight is ok and to park by the TGIF.

Noisy

There are signs in the lot that say no overnight parking; violators will be towed but we saw 3 other campers there so we joined them. No issues. The noise from the highway is constant and loud.
