Eh...

The campground was neither bad or great. The grounds were well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The sites are tight and cramped. Campers are sitting on top of each other. Our site had our neighbors barbecue grill in it. This leaves little privacy for everyone. This was a big no for us for going back.

Noisy

We stayed at this park for 2 weeks. The site itself was very nice, and everything was new. However, our site was located just next to a miniature golf course and go kart track with high, bright lights. The layout of the sites left room for improvement also. The employees were very nice, and the grounds were well kept. We also had access to some very nice areas such as Kennebunkport and Kennybunk. Wells was also nice. Because of the location, we would stay there again, however we would pick a better site. Our site was located next to a renovation of a bathhouse, which meant the sound of saws and hammering from about 8 o'clock in the morning until into the afternoon.
