One Of Maine's Best.
Beautiful spot on tidal inlet. Very accommodating staff. Already planning a return visit.

Campground was clean and in a good location. Fire pits were a hub cab, could be upgraded to a more rustic fire place.

The campground is very clean and well maintained. The wife and i stayed in the wooded area in the back of campground, with a river view. Each campsite has an enclosed trash can wich they pickup every afternoon. Several of the office personnel can be a little short, but the campground is worth the trip there.lots of stuff to do in the area, had my fill of lobster rolls all week. We were there during the social distancing covid thing, we were not aloud to have our grandchildren over because they would not allow visitors, im asumming that was a state mandate. All on all not a bad place, will come back in the future.

Just got back from spending a week there. Wooded sites are really nice. Very level with most having a view of the tide basin. The larger class A campers were in a much more open area but it was very well appointed. Unlike another review, I found the management to be extremely friendly and helpful. A nice shuttle to Boothbay is very convenient. Would go back if ever in the area again.

LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS A BITCH! If Mainers don’t like people from out of state than don’t allow us to even enter your friggen’ state!

Small Toilet Stalls & 25 Cent Showers
Poor WiFi but excellent cable tv.
Great big rig set up. Sat friendly.
Rest of park is extremely wooded.

Great place to base your stay in Boothbay. Older section wooded, newer section was open. Very good site spacing, many had a wooden deck, sites were level, good utilities. Friendly/helpful staff. Good stay there for a while, nice Park.

Stayed two nights. Part of this campground is gorgeous. Wooded sites with decent separation between sites and some vegetation between the sites. Unfortunately, we weren't in that part. We had a full hookup pull through. That section is near the road with no trees or vegetation. The utilities were well placed and worked well except thd sewer connection wasn't threaded. I never saw so many cable channels and they all came in clear. The wifi was hit and miss. We were at the end near the road do we did have some road noise. I would stay again, but I would consider 30 amp so I could be in the pretty section.

My boyfriend and I recently spent a week here. We arrived a day early and the staff was helpful in getting into a site that day. We planned to use the park as our home base while visiting that part of Maine. Boothbay Harbor is a beautiful little town and the shuttle service offered by the park for $2 round trip made it even better. The park is very well kept. The restrooms, showers and laundry facilities were very clean. The office staff was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. Don't forget to visit the Railroad Museum just across the road!
