We stayed here one night. It is called Horseshoe Lake Casino. No facilities. Free. Parking lot by the big American flag with two other rvs. Right under an overpass so lots of road noise and occasional train during the night. We contacted casino for permission and checked with desk when we arrived. They have an expensive sit down restaurant, a pizza shop and a Donut shop. March 2024.

Because of hurricane relief, fences are everywhere. We came to a dead end fence with no way to back up. We opened the fence to get out and put the fence back. My thoughts are with you Westlake and Lake Charles.

SUPER SUPER noisy. You probably withnot sleep with the Jake brakes and trains that both run all night. Hookups for electric is $25, or boondock for free. Casino is way too Smokey for my taste.

Noisy

You can either park for free or pay $15 to have access to their showers and electric. Despite all the facilities, I do not recommend: it's really noise, all night long! A lot of cars traffic and an overnight train won't let you sleep at all.

Perfect For Spit Stop Or Over Night

The offer parking with electric for a price. But if looking into boomdocking theres a Free parking lot is of good size, good security, and very well lit. We felt safe and we recommend to rvers looking to rest.

Used the large open free RV lot rather than paying for electric. Noisy with the bridge overhead but tolerable unless you are very noise sensitive. Well lit and secure. Not nearly as nice a casino as L’Auberge where you can also dry camp free overnight.

Excellent Area For Quick Overnight.

Well lighted. Convenient parking. Your choice with or without elec.no water. Few TV channels. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic showers and fitness area with your parking fee. Heard one train horn. Highly recommend even won one at slots.

Electric only

No water hookups, no dump station, 30' maximum length rv for the electric sites... LOTS of noise. Overhead bridge traffic, casino traffic, and lots of trains.

Large Paved Lot Free Parking.

Although they have a lot closer to the casino for $20 per night with electric only the paved lot is well lit and has plenty of room for large rigs. No 18 wheelers here just RVs. Can be busy tho on weekends.
