We are big fans of Cracker Barrel but should have been wary of the huge NOW HIRING signs. They really need a cook and a new kitchen mgr. Both scrambled eggs and the over medium had to be sent back. Not sure if something was added and then scraped off my plate or if it was not clean to start but it was a mess. The hash browns were a greasy mess and the waitress asked if I wanted them redone so I said yes. Big mistake as the kitchen mgr came to the table and very aggressively confronted us, saying there was 'nothing wrong'. I felt so bad for the waitress who looked like she wanted to just disappear. She still got her tip, not her fault if the cook staff messes things up. We'll skip over this one on our next trip through the area.
