Not Bad For a City Park
I'm not sure how many sites are, but more than a dozen. 2 or 3 50/30 amp sites. Looks like they upgraded the electrical. All sites have water. Sites share services, so some are on the wrong side. Some sites are not well marked. Some sites have "new" gravel, so it was gritty. It was really quiet while we were there. I was told there is a midget car race track nearby. So it's not always quiet. A creek on the back side has some big cat fish that was popularwith the locals. For being out of the way, there were more cars driving through than I thought there would be. Still $15 a night. Great for an overnight stay. It is decent for a couple of days. We were visiting someone in the area and stayed 5 nights. Would definitely stay again.

2019 review is incorrect - there are about 3 sites with water, plus a dump station with potable water. (Dump station is unmarked, though - at northeast corner of campground.)

Not A Bad Place
There are just a few campsites, didn't count them, may 15 or so. Some have russ in them so I'm sure they are muddy when wet. The camp area backs up to a small river and a power dam is close by. You can hear the water going over the falls. You just drop $15 in box at the e entrance to the camp. There is no card to fill out so it is totally honor system. Each site has 30 amp and 20 amp. There is no water or dump station that I see. The only rest rooms are at the swimming pool that is 1/2 block away so they close at 7 or 8 PM. There is no toilets of any kind at the camp. The pool is very nice and there are showers there for the campers as well so I assume you can use the pool. Didn't ask. Overall, for the $15 I'd say it is not bad if you have a bathroom in your camper.

Only For A Short Overnight
...and in a self contained unit. Yes there are bathrooms but they are attached to the city pool and quite a distance from the campground. Just didn't seem safe to go to unlocked public restrooms at night. Electricity provided. Some shaded lots. Easy access to park and individual sites. Maybe room for a dozen campers. 3 were there when we were. $15 honor system payment. $5 dump fee.
