Southern Winds is a back to basics RV Park that offers large sites with wide open views, paired with modern conveniences. Easy access on and off of I- 35 but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the highway.
We have a total of 45 pull thru sites that can accommodate almost any size RV. Most sites are 100ft long by 10 ft wide and all have full hook ups (electric, water and sewer).

I-35 South and Hwy 166. Take Exit 4, turn West and go approximately 1/4 of a mile. Southern Winds will be located on the North side of Hwy 166.

Nice, Clean and Well Maintained
New owners since April of 2025 have done a ton of work to improve the park grounds, restrooms and laundry facility. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. The pricing is very reasonable given that the RV pads are super long (80+ feet) and very level with new gravel. Very few trees which makes it great for Starlink and other type satellites antennas. Though the park is very close to I35, very little highway noise can be heard. I will certainly return the next time I travel through this region.
