Clean bathroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower. No cell service, we have Verizon, no wifi. $40/ night full hook up. Concrete pad. Nice pond. Quite. 3/10/2021

Bad Cell Service

Easy access park and close to town. Would probably be okay for a short stay. Extended stayers beware! Cell service is absolutely horrendous. No Wi-Fi available. Every carrier has poor service. The kids in the park have almost no supervision. Couple of kids were constantly running in and out of my site and playing with my stuff/vehicles even after speaking with their parents. Only 1 of the dryers in the laundry room gets hot. Owner is very ditzy, and will bother you several times with the same questions even when you think the issue is resolved. Roads are very poorly maintained and always muddy. Dumpsters almost always full. Very little privacy. Mostly full time stationary residents.
