Happened Upon It
We followed the directions provided but they were wrong. We were making our way back to the interstate and just happened to see it. We were very lucky as there was only 1 site left on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
The correct GPS coordinates are 41.52067766, -94.40363523
$12.00 per night with 30 amps & water.

Lovely!
A tiny little town that is incredibly friendly. They have 7 level, shaded sites in the city park with electric/water. $12. per night, honor system
Lots of mowed grass. So clean!!
