Nice Grounds. Not Quiet

There is a whole row of parking for RVs around the car parking lots. We actually found them to be fairly level. We fit our 24' Navion in a parking space. Enough that we didn't have to level. The problem is when the truck parking is full which it was at 9:30pm they come and park anywhere which is in the RV row. Livestock hauler parked and left rig running all night. That coupled with the fact it's a circular rest area and all the trucks leaving have to pass by the parking so there was traffic all night. There are some nice walking trails you can take your pet on.

Iowa Changes

Plenty of parking (not very level), lots of shade on the grounds, good wifi. However, in 2022 Iowa removed the RV dump station.

Stayed overnight in my car. This is a very nice rest area. There are a few places to walk and stretch out your legs. The oxbow overlook is overgrown so there is nothing to see, but the lake has a walking path that is nice to walk.

Relaxing Rest Area

RV parking is fairly level. Dump station convenient. Well maintained location with nice covered tables and room to walk around in the shade.
