Not So Great
First off, this is NOT a resort. It's a trailer park for RV's. Now for the good. Sites are good size. Lots of grass. Close to a lot of things to do. That's it. Now the bad. LOTS of permanent campers that look like no one has been in them for years with junk a over, and moss growing on the roof. The indoor pool that someone in 2018 said was closed because of no lifeguard is still close, and looks like it has been since 2018. Beach, there is no beach. Showers are not that great. Not real clean and no place to sit. Just a little step stool. Everything looks very run down. And last but not least, the road noise is a constant thing. Its really a shame. This place has potential, but seems no one cares. Don't think we'll be back.

All the people were very nice. They put me in a site I couldn’t get in because of other vehicles blocking my entrance, but no big deal they put me in another spot. There where a lot of people and a lot of dogs and some of the dogs barked all night long and nothing was done about it. So I didn’t get much sleep. So if you are just staying for the night and need to sleep I wouldn’t recommend. If your spending a few days and want to have a good time this is the place.

I doubt we’ll be back
The good...All the people are nice. The spots are good size. Lots of trees in parts of the campground providing nice shade. Even though young kids are driving golf carts all over the place, they are very respectful and can drive better than some adults on the road. The bad...Only 1 playground and it’s not maintained. Mini golf is in horrible condition and is not included in the price. There are a lot of permanent people and their cats are roaming around everywhere and their spots are super dumpy. Pool is closed because they say they need a life guard. But it is an indoor pool and I assume that they dont take care of it and that is why it is closed. (But i could be wrong). And finally, where are the dumpsters?

Nice Overnight Stop
Not a dump as suggested. Stopping here is not a waste of time either. Nice level pull thru. Full hookups. WiFi not so good. Walked around the park to check it out. Some full time/seasonal folks should clean up their sites but many are very nice. Another building for toilets and showers would be nice on the west side of the park. Existing facilities east of the creek are sufficient. The gentleman that checked me in was courteous and gave good directions to site. Overall, a nice park.

Place is a dump. Owners are about 200 years old and seemed to be put out with every question I asked. They hand you the rules which tell you to maintain your site but the seasonal camping areas look like a shanty town. Laundry room washers were about as old as the owners and I had to run the dryers twice to get anything actually dry. Fire ring was rusted and dented and had garbage from previous camper. Oh and let's not forget the beautiful sound of traffic from the freeway to top it all off. Would not recommend to anyone even if they are just passing through.

Owner lets full-time people do anything they want and especially his card playing friends! While he dos nothing. Dont waste ur time! Its all about the fancy golf carts!
