Nice Park

Nice park but nothing to fancy, we would stay at Hickory point next time to have lake access. All gravel access roads so the people that drive thru the park do make a dust storm.

We have stayed at this park several times on weekdays. During those times the park is quiet. There is a nice little trail you can walk on. It is , I believe a little more than a mile. There is electric only at the sites. The dump station is as you drive into the park. All the times we have been there it is clean. There are no showers at deer run. There are showers down the road at Hickory Point. The sites are pretty level with gravel. There are out houses. Gave it 5 stars because the hosts were friendly and park was clean. They do need to replace the end of the black tank water hose end to a hose end. Seems newer rigs have hose hookups to wash black tank.
