We'll maintained RV Park. Super friendly! We pulled in around 8 pm and after calling, owner/manager came and greeted us. Pull through sites FHU! Yes there's a train and concrete business next door. Honestly, didn't bother us. Was 100 degrees so air went on and never heard any noise. Scale of 1 to 10.......9.

Price for back in site was great! $34 after goodsam discount. Sites are big. WiFi was broken. Noise was an issue for us: concrete factory next door with multiple trucks’ back-up alarms that start at 6am. Trains nearby weren’t as bad, but in the morning it’s like your alarm going off for 5 seconds, snooze, 30 seconds quiet, repeat x1000.

Very Nice and Quiet

We stayed one night on our way east a few days later on your way west. The owners were very nice and helped us park as we aren’t good at backing up. I do wish they would have more things in their store but they had a few souvenirs. Pool table has bad bumpers and pool sticks. It’s grassy so that is a plus. I would stay again due to the owners friendliness. It had full hookups so we didn’t have to find a place to dump. It is right off the freeway and there’s a gas station close with easy in and out.

Ok. Kind Of Ghetto

A bit trashy. Lots of people living there. The "game room" was gross dirty with a messed up pool table. About all they had to offer. Expected more for $35 a night...

It's Okay

Lots of permanent people live here. Its It's quiet but there wasn't any trees where we stayed so it was pretty hot.
