Came from Texas for a group get together. Selected this place rather than the KOA down the road. No WI-FI as advertised. Made multiple attempts to set up WI-FI with no luck. Asked the office about it more than once and got the answers that it’s a big campground, maybe at 2:00 in the morning we could connect, we could come to the meeting room. One member of the group was not well and had nothing to do in the camper since no tv was available. Next time KOA.

Great Rv Park
We recently stayed at this park and was such a great park. It had laundromat, store, and gas station. The views were from the park are amazing of the mountains and Henry's lake. The people were so friendly and took us to our spot. They answered all questions. The spot had plenty of room for our slides and toad. It was also very level. It's about 15 minutes from Yellowstone. Only down side was the wifi was alittle spotty.

Worked For Us
Good campground for what we needed, just about 12 miles from the west entrance to Yellowstone NP, place was clean and big rig friendly, staff was nice and helpful, no discount unless you’re military and the price was little high in my opinion 79$ a night and each site was asphalt millings and no cable tv, just WiFi but that was ok, would stay here again if in the area but would probably check out the KOA’s just down the road first

Little Paradise
I planned my family vacation since beginning of May 2020 an got 6 nights at KOA West Gate. Horrible place. After one night spent there, my 2 ft away neighbour, offended by my 2 and 4 year old kids complained about noise. I got kicked out (afer planning this vacation for almost 4 months) after one night and nowhere to go (it is middle of seson). These folks here at Mountain Valley helped my family and offered a spot, for HALF THE PRICE, that I was paying at KOA. They treated us like family and we had an amazing time. I will always come back here and I will send all my friends. Quiet, decent, clean, friendly staff, kid friendly, full hookups available. All I can say is that we were blesses for finding this Campground.

Just Ok
It’s not to far from the park entrance about 20 mins. The camp ground has very little amenities. Can be a bit windy. Quiet camp with level lots. Not allowed fire so bring your own gas pit. Not worth it for the price 70 a night for full hook up. Camp needs some work.

Super People!!
Older facility, super nice staff, clean but older restrooms/showers. Great views, across from Henry lake, good fishing and wild life on hills above. 14 mile from Yellowstone gate at west Yellowstone. Easy drive to park and REALLY nice not staying in park. Lots to do outside around Islandpark. Laundry ,table, nice grass, big spaces, water, electric, sewer and no fire/bbq. Can use your gas/charcoal bbq.Can get rather windy. Would stay there again. BTW must explore Mesa Falls and Johnny Sacks cabin...Very Cool!

Nice little RV park, the staff is amazing, helpful and very kind; both Sherrie and Kelly were helpful and told me where to go for food, ice cream and sight seeing. There is room in between sites and a small dog area for them to go do their thing. I liked it because it's only about 10 miles to West Yosemite and a lot cheaper than any other tourist trap near the park. The laundry hours could be better, other than that it was a great place to park and sight-see.

Gravel, level sites with grass in-between. Good distance between sites and room to park in front of trailer. Little over-priced, but it is high season. Beautiful setting. We would stay here again. Traveling in 40’ 5th wheel

Nice RV Park
Arrived the day the park opened for the season. Level sites but no shade. Nice staff and all the services needed. Stayed two nights. Some road noise but tolerable. Easy access to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. A bit pricey but then this is Yellowstone.

Very nice, not far from park, clean, laundry, owners very friendly, down side close to busy highway, no fire rings not even a charcoal grill! Won’t allow awning pad because don’t want grass killed. Giving low rating due to no fire ring.

Hidden treasure
Friendly staff/owners, really good wifi, large spaces, well maintained. Onsite laundry if you need it! Diesel and gas available. Easy access to Yellowstone/town and Park without the congestion. Local rodeo just a few miles towards Yellowstone. No amenities for children but they should be exhausted from exploring Yellowstone! Thanks for a wonderful 3 night stay, in our 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 45' tag.
