Good Stay
Had a good 1 night stay. $15, half that for senior pass. There is an iron ranger at the entrance where you pay. We picked up the envelope on our wat in, found a campsite, spent the night and dropped off our payment on the way out, so we didn't have to unhook. Quiet night. One caution...if you have a taller rig don't use the Milner Loop entrance near the Burley Trap Club, as there is an 11' underpass to get to the camping area. Use the access near the "Boat Put In." We did have some pretty strong "cow smells" off and on, depending on the changes of the wind. 5 bars AT&T. No amenities except a picnic table and fire ring. Pretty toasty warm the last day of July. Had the place to ourselves.

Nice Recreation Area
We had problems finding it using the edited pin mentioned in the last review. This was because there are signs out on the main roads but none once you get a few roads in. I changed the address to Milner Loop Road because the campsites are all on that road. I also changed the city from Idaho Falls, which made no sense, to Burley which is closest. Also, added a link to the BLM website which has a map of the site https://www.blm.gov/visit/milner-historic-recreation-area. We enjoyed it. Our site wasn't quiet because our neighbor ran a gigantic generator 24/7. The area is laid out in a series of pull offs from Milner Loop, with each pull off having several designated campsites. It takes a while to drive the entire area and checkout all the sites. We came on a Friday in July and the locals had the best sites tied up. We found a few empty in the last pull off, but no shade at those. The Oregon Trail runs through the area and there is a nice, new paved walk that follows alongside it.

Super quiet but impossible to find
After an hour driving gravel and mud washboard roads through country farmland we found the boat ramp in the dark.
This place is so quiet that our water pump is alarming.

We've updated the push pin to one of the campgrounds rather than the center of a large rec area.
Considering the current lockdown this place is not just a bargain but a pretty safe quarantine not far from resources.
