Beautiful Park And Wonderful Hostā€™s!
We have stayed here several times over the last few years and we absolutely love the park and the location is perfect. I am leaving this review because of the particularly good experience we had during our last stay. My wife and I were moving from Washington to Minnesota and wanted to stay in Coeur d'Alene but were not able to get there before the office closed. The owners stayed up late to guide us into our spot and had overflow parking for my wifeā€™s vehicle. We were under a lot of stress from our move and it was really nice to have them accommodate us and our late arrival.

Disappointed
Nice pull thru site with river view and convenient drive to old town. Adjoining grassy area was sloped. Expensive, as we neither got cable TV, nor WiFi as promoted; complained, but they did nothing. WiFi was spotty outside of RV.

Excellent Location
Very well maintained location with short distance to Coeur dā€™Alene. Restrooms, laundry, campground in general is super clean. Easy access to bike trails along the river and to the many activities in the area.

Great Place To Stay
Nice place to stay with a big rig. Most sites are pull throughs. We have a 43 ft and towing an F 150 and we were able to stay hooked up. Clean and quite - highly recommend.

One Of Our Favorites
This place is amazing and very clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Loved walking down the the water every day. Weā€™ve stayed her multiple times and weā€™ll continue to come back!

We stayed for 8 nights at the end of May, 2021. Staff very helpful & friendly. The restrooms are still closed, but not a problem, we had full hookups. Water pressure great, and no problems with the sewer or power. Plenty of room for our 40 ft Class A with slides on both sides, plus space behind to park our towed Jeep. The staff keeps up with mowing and trimming, and no trash seen anywhere. The highway is close for some sites, so you can ask to park further away. Varying prices for sites near the river are higher than those away from the river. The highway quiets down at night. Although the place was packed over Memorial Day, it was very quiet at night. Good central location for sightseeing fishing or taking your boat out on the lake. Cedar's Floating Restaurant is nearby, have great prime rib or seafood. Reservations a must. (Suggest you go during the early bird special, before 5 pm). Although a bit pricey, would definitely stay at the camp again.

No Restrooms
Restrooms are CLOSED due to a virus that has shown NOT to live on any surface for any length of time....we did not stay.

Expensive For Not Much
Very expensive for a level site and a picnic table. Bathrooms were closed. Had to buy a water pressure regulator to hook up. Half the washers/dryers were broken. People at the desk were friendly enough but clearly done for the season. Meh. For what you pay I wish weā€™d gone somewhere else.

Great Location
well maintained park on the water, adequate spacing and level sites, great staff, swimming area, canoe and kayak rentals. Stayed at another park in the area that was only $2 cheaper and you were packed in like sardines so this was a better value for the money.

Great Park
This place is beautiful! Large sites, full hookups, and quiet! For those people who complain about the dog policy, we had no problem!! We have a labradoodle and an Ausie. Thereā€™s a fenced dog area and we walked our dogs (on Leash, of course) along the lake. We travel in a 45ā€™ class A towing a pickup and had no problem getting in. The staff was awesome, too!! Best park in the area!! Spendy, but you get what you pay for!!

This park is fantastic. Located on the water. Sites are level. Facilities are excellent. Very very clean. It is a local park and pride of ownership and excellent relationships with customers is to be commended. Highly recommend staying here. When we are in this area again we will stay here.

Pricey
Large nice park, good room between sites, very clean, park is next to water. A lot of do's and don't s. No big dogs, you pay extra for more the 2 people.

Nicest Park I've Seen
Nice park right on the river. They keep the facility on good condition. My only negative is the weak Wifi.

I see lots of complaints about dog issues. Likely because only 2% of dog owners are respectful of other people's spaces! Does the dog really need to go everywhere? So many don't even hear their dogs barking incessantly so I assume they don't care. When we stayed here the couple in the RV next to us left their mutt in the trailer and took off for the day. He howled and barked th while time. LEAVE THEM HOME!

Outstanding!
We LOVED the park. Actually stayed 2 more days! Nice staff, clean park, clean laundry, nice trail to walk, GREAT pull-thrus with plenty of space to get in & out of! But most of all they have many of our Beloved United States of America flags & our Canadian neighbor flag, flowing through out the park! As Veterans & United States of America citizens, we are honored that the park does this. THANK YOU!!! God Bless you!

Could Have Stayed Longer
We arrived on a hot afternoon and saw all the families playing on a beautiful small beach. We were tired when we arrived so we enjoyed this lovely sight for a sunrise and coffee. Wish we had more time to enjoy the area. Great, clean place to stay!

Expensive
Kind of pricy just to park for a night. Understanding that, I realize that you should have decent neighbors. WiFi did not work at all. If you stay, check into sites in the back. It is real loud in spot 13 due to all entry and exiting folks. No pool, and highest cost for laundry I have seen. The office folks were all wonderful.

Beautifully maintained park very close to the water. Staff was friendly and the park is walking distance to the marina and a ā€œ floatingā€ restaurant. A short drive will take you around to shopping, dining and beautifully maintained parks. An excellent choice!

Camp workers Have The Best Grass Spots
When I first looked at the website, all the pull through sites were nice and green on both sides! Our first site had a quarter of what the Camp Workers have! I was walking my 8lb dog along the perimeter of the Office/Cubhouse and kept to the side of the building and was sternly asked not to walk in his "yard"! Then another Camp Worker who was helping someone, hopped in her work cart and kept telling me not to let my dog, who was sniffing a big rock and the pebbles, do her business on her grass because we live and work here! I told her 4 times when harassed that I was not going to let my dog go on her grass! Maybe, if the Camp Workers would spend some of the time watering the other sites, we could all have a nice grassy spot! Otherwise, it was a beautiful spot to Kayak, Bicycle and just enjoy! I was disappointed that it was Labor Day weekend and nothing was planned, like a simple BBQ of hotdogs, etc!

Good Location But Only Okay Facility
A decent campground a little overpriced IMHO. Sites are not particularly large only get a small patch of grass each. Facilities are good though, for the price, should be. Cable was poor quality and WiFi was not usable. The owners are upfront that WiFi was not guaranteed and on a as is basis. However, for the price it should be better.

Great Place!
Beautiful location on the water with a swim beach, kayak and boat rentals, pet swim area, lots of trails. Wi-Fi is useless, don't bother. Grass, shade trees, awesome bathrooms (private room with shower and toilet) mosquitoes are really aggressive here. Can ride bikes downtown to Farmers Market and beautiful parks. Very family friendly.

One Night Stay
I spent one night there on my way home would have been nice to stay longer. Busy campground lots of spacious sites, beautiful area with water near by great if you like boating. People in office very helpful but downside very expensive for family of 4 in a 22 foot trailer paid $90 cdn per night. I understand this is their peak season but annoyed when a lot private campgrounds charge additional for children

Very clean campground , friendly staff located across the river from hiking biking paths to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Drove our bikes across the nearby bridge and rode downtown.

RV Trailer June 2016
The place is pretty nice and seemingly pet friendly with a doggie swimming area. The pet potty area is a bit off the beaten path but the people are friendly and the place offers a lot to do and coupons for your stay. The hiking trails need a bit of trimming, but it's the nicest park in the area which is why it is so expensive.

Second time here. First time several years ago, but they have kept the place up. Bathrooms are the best. One stop shopping in your own private room. Toilet & shower together in one room like home. Lots to do near-by.
