Too expensive!!! Stay away!! The roads are so messed up, sewage is screwed up on lots. They half ass fix stuff then wanna charge an outrageous price.

Scarey place. Stumbled in there late in a 40' RV with a car in tow. People living there in mfr. homes with holes in the sides, windows broken out and crap piled everywhere. I probably should have gotten out and disconnected the car to turn around, but was to scared to get out. Could not get out fast enough.

This has to be the worst place we have ever stayed. We got here around 3:45 on a holiday weekend and there is no one around. Called and no answer. Finally find a spot to set up and the water smells of sulfur. I am glad we are only here for the night. I would n9t give them sny stars.
