Great big park, great for big rigs, friendly office, but there always has to be that one drunk owner that shows his butt. Probably won’t go back because of him

Nice place for a quiet rest
Staff very nice and pleasant to deal with, policy are oriented to the local residents, very clean, very well kept. Neighbors nice people. About the alligators comment before, we saw a little one, not on the resident area. This is a small and nice town. Wifi service only near the common areas pools, offices, restaurants. Note bring a repellent.

Full Timer Owner TGO Lot
Seems like the previous writer had never seen a place like this before. TGO, The Great Outdoors, sits just East of the St. John’s River, which allows wildlife into TGO. There are Gators, Florida Panthers, Turkeys, Deer, and lots of buzzards that can smell leftovers, it seems a mile in the air that may be in your trash. There is a Quarterly HOA Fee that takes care of the entire place. If you own in TGO your only bill is Electric. Yards are maintained. The description given by the previous writer is a little wild. Great place. RV sales and a excellent RV Repair facility. Gated, manned 24 hrs. You must have a RV reservation or the person your seeing must allow you to come in to visit. Gate must have your name.
See ya on the Big Road, The Space Coast Traveler said that!

Big...Huge...Gigantic
Huge RV park. Very well kept. But my feeling was a huge RV park in the middle of a huge swamp. We were there just overnight and the overnight lot was fine with 30 AMP.

Strange Place
Huge, a little town. Sites with a small house attached, from small shed to million $ house.
No intimacy, sites very close.
Nice dog park.
Two pools, one is very large.
All services are available. But...: tennis is reserved for members in the morning, no WiFi, no park for children, maintenance staff not very customer oriented( will cut grass near you and throw debris on people and motorhomes, repeatedly). Garbage pickup is in the afternoon, after small animals made a mess with your bag, and they don’t Clean your neighbour’s mess. They have a lot, and I mean a lot, of alligators and they roam during spring season. They warn you not to let children or animals without constant supervision.
Fine place if you don’t have children with you, but seems to be setup for owners, not renters.
