The park has intermingled permanent modular/mobile homes with RV's. Many sites getting there own covered deck as part of the rental. Amenities were in top shape and you can walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the east coast of Florida. Make sure you remember the code to get back to your site or you might be stuck at the gate waiting for the next person to arrive. Not a big worry, unless it late at night or early in the morning.

It’s Just Ok
Very disorganized check-in. Had us booked in a parallel space. Wasn’t gonna work for a 42ft Motor Home with three slides! Owner/Mgr was not friendly at all! They’re all about the money! Nickel & Dime you to death. Very very tight spaces. You’re basically wedged in between permanent mobile homes. Lots of dirt. No paved roads. Not a lot of grass. No privacy. Spaces are very tight. I could hear the guy snoring next door. Lots of dogs everywhere. Expensive for what you get! The only positive was being close to the beach and having access to it from the campground itself. I would recommend for a smaller RV and shorter stay if you absolutely need to be close to downtown St Augustine. Just stop at CampTown in Beverly Beach. You won’t be disappointed.

Our Favorite place to go
Beach front camping so yes it's tight because the land is so valuable. That slso justifies tge rates. It's right behind the dunes. The most beautiful beach in the world. Not crowded. All the amenities you would expect. Nice people.

Stayed 3 days in October. The beach is beautiful and the park was nice. The hot tub was broken and seemed it has been that way for a while. Internet connection was awful. Over all I would stay again even if it’s a little pricey.

Stayed for five nights. The resort was just ok. Not a do again. Would be much better with paved roads or more grass. The beach access was worth the stay and beach was beautiful. Close to historic St Augustine.

Nice beach side RV resort. No privacy and small sites but having access to beach makes up for it. Lots and lots of dogs. Bath house was average and laundry was really nice. Expensive for an RV park but then again it's beachfront! No fire rings was a disappointment!

We love to visit St Augustine but often can't get into Anastasia SP. The park is right on the ocean and we splurged for a first row site. However you still need to go through a fenced gate and along a boardwalk to actually get to the beach. The park is clean and wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome campground right on beach. Two pools - 1 very big pool for families 1 smaller heated pool along with a hot tub. Nice playground for kids. Clean bathrooms. Lot #85 very nice. Ocean view from deck. Lots of parking.
