Things are about the same as her 2018 review. Maintenance in clubhouse is poor. Large pool is out of service. You are left with the impression that the owner doesn’t care.

Has Potential

Spacious campground. Sites vary. Some are quite nice. Ours had a raised, covered deck and was large. My brother in law’s site was very tight. Loud parties ended by 10p. A lot of golf carts. Lots of permanent residents. Clubhouse had potential, but was not well maintained and did not have air conditioning in the game room. Beach was not maintained. There was no WiFi and no AT&T cell service. We had to go to the clubhouse for WiFi and it was a sketchy. Staff catered to residents. Limited bathhouses. Overall a pleasant place to stay, but I wouldn’t return.

Something For Everyone

This a well-maintained park with many year-rounders and renters. There are activities for all ages including the dogs. Wifi is only in the clubhouse and laundry is walking distance to the park. Great fishing,boating area.

Nice campground with lots of things to do. Nice pool area, beautiful oaks, lots of rules. Staff not always nice or helpful.

Salt springs, very nice campground,well spaced sites, shade trees,helpful staff,very poor wi fi,lots of wild life, manatees,birds,fish,no issues getting our 41 ft 5th wheel in,I would rate this 4 stars even with the very poor wi fi
