Nice Place To Stay For Snowbirds
Overall a nice place to stay with full hookups it packs out in the winter and I heard people start booking a year in advance, it has a nice pool and I nice little community center this park is definitely a community like atmosphere where everyone knows each other so make shore you are friendly, their is no age limit but most people are over 55, location is good close to the beach and all the stores i believe in the winter they have a rule that you have to stay at least 2 weeks but I am not 100% shore

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and granted it was clean, but mike and sandy the managers were rude and didn’t care about the people they are serving. It doesn’t have a resort style to it. It should be called Port St. Lucie rv park. We saw a lot of young people I’d say in their 20s 30s and 40s but it didnt seem like they had activities for them because they had things that not even I enjoy and I’m well into my 60s. I think they cater to snowbirds more than they care about catering to everyone in the park...and that’s coming from a snowbird it didn’t have a “friendly” or “resort” feel to it. Not worth the money.

Little Too Pricey For What Is Offered
Little suburban feeling. Nice solar heated pool but was closed at 7 pm despite rules saying "adult swim time after 6 pm." Dryers in laundromat don't work very well. Check out time is at 11 am which is the earliest we have encountered.
Overall does not seem worth the price but is a clean and safe place to stay. In fact.. if you like to play it safe this may be the place for you.
About 20 minutes to many beaches.

It's close to everything. Within 3 to 5 miles anyone has everything they could need. Grocery, parts stores, harbor freight, Lowe's, home D, churches, fast food, restaurants, major mall, movies, bowling, ocean is 15 minutes away, 10 if you hit all green lights.
This is a dedicated RV park. not just anyone can go there. They refused my van. I can understand why I guess.

Been there a couple of times the last year and half and have found it very relaxing and safe close to all my needs didn't feel like I was in a metro area
Super nice owners and big rig friendly

This park is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It backs up to a commercial area so can be noisy and we didn’t feel totally safe with such easy access to Hwy 1.
