Convenient location for Pensacola
Park is very well maintained. Sites are level. Each site has a large ground level deck. Water was good. No issues with excessive noise. Host were very nice. Bath house was clean and had a very large handicapped shower. Bath house was not air conditioned though. Large fenced-in dog run. Sites are large enough for a large RV and a large car.
