NATURE PARK/PUBLIC LAND but the equestrian center has a "private" owner. The grounds of the park are nearly destroyed by overgrowth, tree rot/fungi, and polluted water that has formed a ring of algae around the lake. The Children's Farm and Nature Connect are being neglected. Price gouging (rip off) for all activities and amenities because there are none. My daughter would not even get out of the car. THEME PARKS (Disney, Universal, Sea World) are immaculate and bring in big $$$ for the City Beautiful.
But is it? One star rating required but this is a zero and a loss for the locals, families, AND tourists.

40’ Class A
Found this park by accident. Many site are not level including site 1 that we are staying in. Although not level it is not really too bad. Great hiking trails and lots of park amenities. At $25 per night full hookup this is a tremendous place to stay.

Amazing And Close To Disney!
This is so affordable, well kept and super close to all of the theme parks! Books up fast but we managed to get a night to check out Walt Disney. Paths around the lake for biking and running are great. Bathrooms are kind of old but they were clean. There is also a laundry and book exchange facility on the premises. Would totally have stayed longer if we could have. It only cost us $19 a night for electric and water hookup, dump station in the campground. There are some full hookup sites available, not sure of the cost.

Wow, Just Wow
This is a facility like a state park is well maintained. You have to see it to believe it. Only problem is you need a reservation well in advance.

A Hidden Gem
Nice surprise hidden just outside of NW Orlando. Incredible price for a good size space. Book early though... No grassy spots around RV sites but nice walks and quiet. Security and maintenance folks respond quickly too when needed...
