They are renewing this old Pelican Motel and rv sites. There is a lot of nice improvements to the rv sites. The pool still has a lot of black algae, no parking for vehicles at your boat slip. You have to unload and drive back to your site. If they would move all the stored boats from the seawall it would allow for this. Beautiful new tiki hut for sunset and fire pits.

Spent 3 mights there. 95 % of sites are occupied by full time residents. People are nice but not what I expected. Heated pool wasn’t that heated. This is more of trailer park then Rv resort. We won’t be coming back
