Nice Place

Nice staff, RV lots, laundry and pool. Not a park for kids. No amenities for anyone under 21 except the pool. Lots of stores, groceries and restaurants in the area. Lots of full-time residents with a few transient lots. About 3 hours (with traffic) from Disney. About 30 minutes from Busch Gardens.

Nice Place

It’s a nice location in a nice location of Lutz. Has lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Super friendly people. The only reason I took away a star is because there isn’t a park on property or even within a quick drive. So if your a family with young children they don’t have much options outdoors wise. They do have a pool though which is nice for Florida.
