We stayed here the weekend after Thanksgiving. This small campground it is pretty neat on one side is the St. John’s with a view of the ships and the other is the inlet. At the end of the campground is a small drive on beach for 4X4s only. Great fishing. You can see the damage from the previous hurricane and rising water levels to one of the roads. Only down fall is the gates close at 11 pm if not in then locked out!!! We came from south Fl to see the Lights in St. Augustine and made it back to camp only after driving like gta with 2 mins to spare. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well kept up, sights have no shade, but that is normal for this terrain. Each sight has a fire ring with built in grill.
