Overpriced
We stayed here just one night. The good thing: it was quite and dark, we all slept like babys. The bad thing(s): as we arrived we had to wait pretty long to get all our stuff, the dumping station didn't really work and we couldn't reach anybody.. and for that we payed about $70.

I agree with some of the statement from the previous review. It is a old established mobile home park where they are simply clearing out old mobile homes and allowing RV's to park. It is just a dirt lot with a cement pad for your toad. The sites are relatively level. Our hookups were adequate, not 1 foot above ground like he said. Our site would accommodate a very large RV no problem and there are trees. The streets are a little narrow but paved and a fairly clean park. Sites are plenty wide enough. The WiFi is very weak and intermittent. No Cable TV, so broadband is it but adequate as well. This is just a quick stay as we left Key West and it was a 2.5 hour drive just to get here. One or 2 nights is fine here. I think since there is no WiFi to speak of, no cable, no real ammenities and $88 a night! - 3 stars is all they get.

NASCAR RV Weekend
I stayed here in November of 2017 for the NASCAR race. At first, I was confused because I was not expecting double wide trailers. But I have to say it was very peaceful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The place is very clran and well kept. However, just outside the gates of the property is a different story. The neighborhood is run down and not the place you want to be after night fall.

Just Once
This is a typical Florida trailer court, single and double wides with very, very narrow streets. What they are doing is renting out the empty lots where old trailers have been removed. No pad other than the one for the car. No table, nothing. The fresh water tap is about nine-twelve inches from the sewer which is about a foot above the ground so it's an uphill flow. Not worth the $66.00 I paid, $20.00 maybe. No pull through so and barely enough room to park a 33'. Don't come in here with 38' or more.
