Broken Appointment

NO STARS or POINTS for this service department. I made an appointment on April 16,2019 to have a roof vent cap put back on my travel trailer. 15 minute repair job tops. We arrived at 10:40 4/17/19 & I found the service desk. There were 6 people behind the desk all talking and no one answering the phone, or helping customers waiting at the desk. I was told by one man that he would be able to help me in a minute. Ten minutes later a young lady ask what I needed. Told her what the service advisor told me the day before, to arrive by 11:00 and they would repair the vent cap. Well, she said that I had to get the trailer checked in and leave it. There was no time estimate when they could fix my 15 minute repair. She in effect said that they were to busy to take care of my 15 minute repair job. Not what the service advisor told me the day before. I told her good bye. Update: purchased a little giant ladder at Lowe’s yesterday afternoon. Fixed the vent myself in five minutes.
