Just Okay
Small sites on a congested road. Bathrooms clean. Most sites are across road from beach. Water not blue but brown. Did have beautiful sunsets

Excellent Visit To The Gulf!
Itching to break away from home after a long shut down, the resort was ideal getaway! We stayed on the office side (A1) and it was a perfect location! The operation was very clean and all flu protocols were maintained. Excellent staffing! Although we did not use the bath house it was clean and spacious. We had a great week at the beach, lots of sun and our pups sure enjoyed the beach too! We shall return again!!!

Great Beach Location
Check in was easy and the staff was helpful. They stated that they park the trailer, with their tractor, and it was a good thing, as the sites are tight and vehicles all in the way. Beach was clean and the weather was nice.

Great Beach Side Camp Grounds
This is a oldy but a goody. Great sites on the beach and cheaper ones across the road. We stayed across the street and walked to the beach. Very helpful hosts. Arrived late in the evening and the night guard helps us park and set up camp. Extremely nice staff and the facilities are older but kept updated and clean. It is quite location about 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants by car. Worth a visit.

Very Nice With Beach Front Camping
The staff was extremely helpful with our check in. Reminder, if traveling with pets, bring their rabies vaccine documents, you’ll need them to check in. We got a spot on the beach front. Spaces are tight, but not that bad. Yes they do help you park... which was nice. Everyone around us was very friendly. If you want on the beach, you have to call way ahead to get a reservation. There was a couple of other open spots just off the beach, but would still recommend you call ahead.
Restrooms were very clean. Office personnel were helpful with locating things to do for us.
Highly recommend this campground.

Beautiful And Fun Place
We detoured off I-75 to head to Red Coconut because it is dog-friendly RV beachfront. Worth it! We spent the morning walking on the beach, sipping our coffee, enjoying sunrise, cool breeze, pretty water and light waves. Dog loved the water too! Bathrooms were locked but we’ve mellowed with the view. (One less star for locked bathrooms-we didn’t care but someone might) Haha. Isn’t that what a vacation spot is supposed to do?

We tried to get into another park in the area, they were full. Called Red Coconut RV Park and glad we did. Super cool location, and they have spots on the beach. As we did not call ahead till we were in the area, we stayed a few days and then went to the office and will have to move but they took care of us as this spot was requested. Staff has been helpful on all levels. Great dinning in the area. We will be back. 30 class a with tow.

Can't Beat Right On The Beach
We have stayed couple of times. Sites are tight but given its prime beach property I can understand. We went for 4th of July and it was so cool being right on the beach! You can see all the local fireworks from this location. We rebooked for 2018 and going to stay extra day too! Bathrooms are clean

Great place. 2nd year staying on the 1st row. Can't beat the price and views. Always look forward to the trip over.

I called to make a reservation, they said the weekend I wanted was available, however if a "regular" wanted to stay the at the same time and they had no availability that I would get bumped to another weekend. So I never booked....

Bad Place To Stay
Check Google reviews, we didnt. Spaces are horribly tight, you can only open your awning about 2/3rds out before hitting the camper next to you.
It's so tight you're not allowed to park tour own rig. They have to park it for you to prevent accidents. Yes, there are 11 spots right on the beach but good luck getting one. Also, there are seasonal rv'ers here. They give you the nastiest looks & comments. They don't want weekenders around &they make you feel uncomfortable. Staff is very cold. Not friendly, just some college teens doing bare minimum.

Right On The Beach
If you want to stay, right on the beach, this is the place. Don't stay in the slots along the main drag.... You'll hear traffic most of the night... Motorcycles are the worst. Suspect a row in, you'll be OK. VERY TIGHT ! The spaces along the beach are all sand. Very dusty. We did, enjoy it. A couple of nice resteraunts within walking distance. If you want very quiet, consider the main park... But you'll have a nice walk to the beach front. Staff was nice. Prices, a bit high ... But you'll be paying for its location.

$100
Tight getting in and out but worth the trouble. The beach is wonderful and clean. Staff was very helpful. My cable didn't work but who needed it. Wifi is so slow but again who needs it. We had a 40' bus. We will go back.

Beachfront Camping
Large campground with sites right on the beach! You may need to return multiple years to get the front row as it's very popular and priority is given first to previous camper. There are sites both beachside and an even larger area across the highway. They also have a few mobile home sites for rent as well as a larger house on the beach for rent. We stayed over Christmas and rented a mobile home. Other family parked their RV beachside. We rented bikes and it worked out great. Traffic can be tough in a car. Most everything you need is a short walk/bike away.

What a beautiful place. If you like the beach, wonderful sunsets and dolphin playing in your back yard most mornings, yoy will love it here. Right on a sandy beach.
