The title says RV park. It's very RV and not much park. Packed like sardines so owners can cash grab snowbirds. Camper and truck barely fit in spot. Way too over priced considering the space you're given and lack of amenities included. No internet, charged for your electric, laundry room is a rip off. Wouldn't recommend to vacationers AT ALL. It will serve the purpose if you work close by like me.

People have a way of communicating down here which is basically I don’t give about how you feel. So don’t confuse that the office will be helpful. They charge you for internet which it took me two days of hours on the phone to finally get access to the WiFi. A lady that was filling-in at the pool for the covid restrictions was actually the one to help get me the number to call. She was way more helpful and cheerful than anyone who works here. Secondly you have to BUY a plastic card for $5 to load money on to do laundry. It doesn’t go towards your laundry. They are super unhelpful in the office and there really is little to do here.

we stay's for a month parking are very small slide out side by side no park for truck very bad experience never comback

Ok Atmosphere Very Packed In

Your site is right next to another. Most of the park is “summer snow bird” very packed in. OK pool - small. Most of the area has park model homes. The mobile spots are very packed. Nothing to do walking distance. Only access to or even to see, the small lake is by the dog park. Careful where you walk
