Okay
Our stay was just okay. We met some very nice people and enjoyed their company. As far as the park, not our cup of tea.
Tight sites, have to ask people to move on order to pull in or out.
Didn’t use the bathrooms or laundry, peaked in and said nah!
Staff okay, not great.
Nice thing was close to Coral Castle, Everglades National Park and exploring the upper Keys.

No No No
Would never stay here again...
- very cramped sites
- grass needs to be cut
- bathrooms are filthy
- noisy at night, and lots of bright lights
- really weird vibe... lots of permanent residents
- there was some confusion about our site when we got there... one of the permanent residents seemed to be using our site for an extra vehicle, so we had to pick another site
- campground in general looks shabby
One star for being close to Everglades and Biscayne

Very Nice Park
This place is so chill and so laid back but very well up kept. We are definitely going to stay here every time we are in the area. Only thing to be aware for long-term ish stays is mailing in your deposit.

It's OK
It's actually more of a trailer park than an RV resort. The sites are extremely tight (barely enough room to park our vehicle and difficult to maneuver a larger RV) and most are grass. Most are at least seasonal residents and I would guess a fair number were permanent residents there. It is very dated.
On the positive, the staff was extremely nice and accomodating as were the residents. The Tiki Bar (located in the middle of the park) was nice, fun and a good place to meet neighbors. There was a sense of community there.
It is a very short drive to Key Largo (less than 20 minutes and 1 stop light) There are lots of amenities close by including an outlet mall accross the street.
Don't let your first impressions scare you away. We enjoyed our week there.

Fit Our Needs
This was a stop over spot on our way to the Keys. The reservationist was good to place us away from the typical sardine can placement of RV’s. We usually only stay at state parks because of that. We had the whole center to ourselves but no cable. Not a problem. The other sites have cable. It was quiet and no one had the “let’s see how bright I can burn my porch lights all night “ syndrome. We were on grass but they offer lots with pads. Bar and pool on premises. Bathrooms ok.

There is a large construction site adjacent to this park. There is no fence to separate it from the park. Large piles of dirt blow in when it's windy and constant heavy equipment noise 6 days a week. If you get a site on the main exit road be prepared to be awakened at 5:30 AM every morning as several residents with large, loud diesel trucks will drive by your site every morning between 5:30 and 6:30 AM on their way out. Would not recommend nor would we stay here again.

Nice Park, Good Price, Active community
Large park very close to the Keys. Visitors seemed like a fun crowd. It has a tiki bar. There was an issue with the night attendant assigning lots already taken, as the class b's were out and about during the day. Whatever was open he told us to take.

Not A Bad Place
Clean quiet level & comfortable. We only stayed 1 day as the mosquitoes were totally out of control.
