Just did a drive by. This site became a KOA 4 years ago so consider KOA prices with small sites. Most of the sites are direct sun. River is within site area. Restaurant on site as well as an outside bar above the restaurant. Don't come if you want to camp in the woods. Come to fish, boat or kayak on site.

Nasty And Small

Tight, cramped, soggy, mostly full-time residents. Will not go back. Our 33 foot barely fit.

Clean , lots of amenities Fishing, boating, rv sites , motel, on the st John's river not just near it. Great & friendly owners & management. Beautiful river views & access. Reasonable prices We now have become annual guests.
