Our favorite place to return to. For four years. We stay here from January through Easter. The best location in central Florida. Close to everything. Attentive staff. Great amenities. Midway between both coasts; ten minutes to all Disney Park entrances. Nice mix of snowbirds and transients.

Sub-par service, but close to Disney

Stayed 2 nights for free as part of our Thousand Trails membership with the Encore addon. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer). Stayed in site 806. We called the day we arrived and were surprised there was a spot this close to Disney with availability, so we quickly snagged a night. We went to Disney World the next day so we extended to 2 nights. It was early December so props to the resort for having a spot and allowing us to extend. But that's about where the compliments end. The water hookup took 30 minutes to get connected without leaks. The site was sand with gravel and very uneven. The service at the front gate was very unfriendly. The garbage dumpster is far away and the grossest smell ever. Cell service is almost non-existent even with a WeBoost antenna. Obviously the price of free is nice and the proximity to Disney is great. But don't expect a lot here.

Great Place

Great park, super staff. Appeared to be mostly permanent residents. Found it convenient to everything in the area. Good, clean laundry. Good cable TV. If you need wi-fi, however, you may be disappointed . . . I paid for the access, but it never worked properly. Overall a good place to stay.
