Stayed 2 nights- nice park. Quiet and well-maintained. Pretty setting. We took an airboat ride (highly recommend Captain Jack’s), bought fresh stone crab and shrimp to boil for dinner abc took a nice walk to Smallwood Store/museum.

We stayed last week for 5 days on the lake side. Beautiful Resort! Well maintained and clean. Very few people there at this time. It was a bummer that fishing wasn’t allowed f on the Resorts shoreline. The previous reviews about cell service, internet, is true. Very weak. The town doesn’t have much to offer.

Fishing Only
We Stayed on lot 175, these sites are all privately owned and rented through a property management type of office. The place is wonderful and the sites are large and most are fairly private and have huge decks on the water. It's a fisherman's paradise. However there isn't much else besides airboat rides and nature walks in the Everglades. There is a small town with store, restaurant, and hardware. Nearest town is Naples 40 miles away. The people were friendly and office help was nice but not overly helpful or informative. I had to go back to the office to pickup a cable box. Which only works for one TV and was very snowy. Wifi was very poor so that made it hard to scout around the area for things to do. If peace and quiet are what your looking for this is your place. There are 3 pools and clean bath houses and nice laundry. We enjoyed our stay with friends who stayed in the motel which is way over priced for the condition it was in. Our site was $115.00 per night and way too expensive

Really Nice Resort
We arrived for two day stay but wished we had longer. Everyone we met enjoyed the park as much as we did. The pools and amenities are super clean and all well maintained. We rented an inside lot, close to the pool. Comfortable chairs, lots of shade umbrellas, and peace and quite.
Great internet, however cable needs a box to work. We biked the entire park and island. It was hot in September, and we will return for season. The Smallwood store / museum is a must.

Had A Wonderful Dtay
Stayed 3 days with friends on adjacent sites. One of the nicest RV resorts we have ever stayed at. The staff was helpful and friendly and the residents were awesome as well!
This area is still recovering from Irma. You can’t really tell anymore in the park, but outside the park— your heart goes out to those living in the area.
Fishing is great, take an airboat tour of the Everglades, hike in nature, eat at the local restaurants, and sit by one of their 3 pools!

Stayed February 2017
We had fun there. To stay an extended time you need to have a boat though.
Other than that, upscale, clean and with 3 pools you didn't have to go far.
Suggest an inside lot to save some money. They put us on the Marina side and, other than our neighbours (who we drove 2 hours to visit in 2018), it was not worth the extra money.

Great site! Super friendly in the office! Will defiantly go back! Cable did not work! Wi Fi worked good!

Not the quality you expect for an Outdoor Resort. 50 amp service broken. Cable service required special box which involves temporarily rewiring your unit by their tech when he eventually shows up. Dog walk on outside of park. Definitely a long walk from many of the sites.

Nice park but terrible wi-fi. Had a water front site.
