Stayed in May 2024! First morning woke up to a chain saw dropping debris on top of our RV! Complained to management about what was taken place ,they said they needed to get it done before the upcoming hurricane season! they admitted that they were in agreement that this was unacceptable ! Management offered us a refund and to leave the park not a refund for the night and to stay the remainder of our stay!! To be fair, later in the day they dropped off a bottle of wine. We have stayed in a lot of RV resorts and understand that things happen but this was totally avoidable and totally unacceptable! Another thing to keep in mind, quiet hours are not enforced at all! Be prepared for music well into the morning!!

Great location! Close to the Starbucks in Marathon and not far from Key West! Sites are clean... bathrooms clean... nice marina where you can rent jet ski's, take snorkeling tours, rent kayaks or launch your own. Allow for short term or long term rentals... some type of activity everyday. Easy check in and check out! Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Place In Paradise!
Loved everything about this campground. Staff was awesome and so pleasant. Amenities were beautiful, from the beach, to marina, to the fishing pier with cleaning station. Visit the manatee in the marina! Super close to all the attractions, yet far enough away to be peaceful. Can not wait to return... Only negative was poor cell service and internet, but who needs that in paradise. We were on island time and loved it.

Nice camp ground, seems the rules only apply to certain people, 1 lady in office is about as rude as you can be, other lady are very nice. Marina is great and staff there great also

Great Location
Great campground. We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 6. We did not want to leave. Beautiful location, beach access, great kayaking, fishing and more. Will definitely be back soon!

Awesome Beach Spots!
Lucky enough to get a premium beach spot! Glorious, prefect, and tons of room. The staff is super friendly, as well as everyone we met. Will most certainly be returning!!

We Loved This Place!!!
We had a premium spot (across from the ocean from spots) and it was huge! Plenty of room for us to spread out and kids to play. Employees were all nice and other campers we talked to were awesome. Plenty for kids to do - nice playground and could find conch shells & hermit crabs right in the water. Tons of beach exploring to do. If we go to the Keys again we will stay here! Just FYI you can purchase WiFi but even that is spotty (it was cheap though, so no complaint).

Amazing!
This park is wonderful. Here in February 2020. Huge park with gravel, very spacious pull-through sites. We were about 25-30 yards from the Gulf; simply gorgeous. Nice beach with Gulf access, and a lounging area with tiki hut. The bathrooms/showers are clean. The pool was awesome, and we were able to join the Mardigras party with band and beads. About 45 minutes to Key West, so easily drivable for a day on Duval St and other highlights. Also close to a state park on the ocean.

Basically A New Park. Spotty Internet.
We are Thousand Trails members but there were no TT spots available. We still got the 20% TT discount so we paid $121 each night for 2 nights. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer). The park has been completely re-built after the hurricane. Stayed in site 189 which was easily accessed on a paved road and pulled right into our level gravel spot. Brand new water/electric/sewer hookups. The only con is that cell coverage was pretty spotty. We have AT&T and Verizon but we actually had to drive out of the park to have enough coverage for some work video calls. It's a little less than an hour drive down to Key West so it's a good halfway point in the Keys depending on what you want to see and do.

Very Good Choice For Middle Keys
The first impressions are great. The staff is well trained in checking in a lot of guests quickly and they are very welcoming and courteous.the resort is very nice and the facilities are great. Some sites appeared to be a little tight, but we lucked out and got an end sight on the south side of the resort. (#197) The down side was the road noise, but the site was so big that we could park our 42' class A, our pickup tow vehicle and probably 3 or 4 other cars if we wanted to and still would have had plenty of room. The hookups were all new and their location on the sites are well thought out. The marina is first class. It is a large and very well protected basin that would never have a ripple in it regardless of what the seas are like just outside the pass. It is also full of gamefish (no fishing in the marina) and various tropical fish of all sizes. The cristal clear water makes for good fish viewing by day or night. The island is surrounded by flats with good fishing.

I was not sure what to expect based on google maps, but this place is beautiful. It is all gravel rocks and well maintained. Colleen the assistant manager was super helpful when we checked in and Patrick found a site that would fit our Class A and tow vehicle. They were accommodating when we had issues unhooking our tow vehicle.
