Peaceful
Very tranquil place. Quite and peaceful. The parking is very tight. We and two other campers camped at the same time so it wasn't to crowded. Stayed 3 nights. There is no water. No electricity. There is a vault toilet. Bear proof dumpster. I'll give it a 5 for the tranquility. $20 per day. But we have the park pass so $10.

Cute Camping
Cute & picturesque camp sites, kind of close together but if no one else is there it’s roomy! 8 pull through spots for small/mid size (<30ft) campers, flat area for tents, no camp hosts, easy jaunt to lake for pretty walk. Vault toilets, no electric, bear-proof dumpster. NO WATER as pump isn’t in working condition I hear St Charles campground is pretty & on the river, la Vista campground was more crowded with larger rvs. Water at picnic & camp sites.
