Pretty Location
The location was very pretty, we arrived late, so no trees in our spot, but others were lovely. Our site was no where near level. Nice grass between sites, not too cramped. KOA's are great if you arrive early, but really expensive when you are just passing thru. I would stay again in a pinch.

james hall review is just plain wrong
ok I generally don't stay at KOAs because they are family oriented fun and I just want a spot for my RV and car and great wifi. I've been on the road for a month and a half and the often 45 mbits wifi is the best on the trip. Place was clean. Staff friendly. They have cable at sites, but I like the no trees on site so I can get satellite tv. I also don't want a tree cutting into a $180,000 rv! Their camper cabins looked very clean and their gypsy caravans looked like fun. Ask about sites etc before showing up! Ours was exactly what I wanted and had a pad with picnic table also. Could have used fire pit. Definitely could be cheaper, but that is my normal KOA complaint. One harddrive crashed on my trip and I have to restore from the cloud. Was able to restore about one terabyte during my three night stay; never dropped connection.

RV Overnight Stay
Stayed for the night. Really tight camp spots. Escort to your camp spot. We are 51’ long but we were able to get in. Nice people, clean just really close together.

Loved It
We spent about a week here and throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hookups are conveniently placed and of good quality. Our spot was shaded, level and easy to access. We travel to CO every year to visit family and will be coming back to this campground next year.

Worst RV Park I've Ever Been To
The owner is a thief and the manager Brittany is a liar who sold me on a site then when i arrived it was nothing like I was promised. They charged me $700 for the worst 2 week trip I have ever had. The spots are only big enough for the trailer, there is no room to even put out chairs. My door was 4 feet from my neighbors shit pipe. Hook ups are split with power and cable on the right and water and sewage on the left...you can only park one direction. No shade...you must have to pay extra for that. The wifi is very weak. All surrounding stores and restaurants are ridiculously high priced. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

It's Alright
No major complaints other than the "Stay off the grass" guy being a little too direct in his delivery.

Nice Park, However
As others have said this is a well kept KOA with a friendly staff, however some of the sites are laid out a little strange. We told them the size of our 5th wheel but we barely had room to park our truck, so I parked it parallel to the road but was quickly informed that I was on the "grass" and needed to move it. Also the sewer dump is at the very end of the site, not close to the middle as it normally is and I was not able to connect to it because of the distance to my connection witch on many newer 5th wheels is near the center. Be sure you check to see if all your connections will work or you may need to ask for another site as we should have.

Well Kept Koa
Very well kept koa. Clean laundry and restrooms. Nice playground for kids. Older section has trees. E section no trees but great for big rigs w 30 and 50 amp at stations and ample room between sites. Easy on/off interstate. Can hear some traffic but its not onerous. Recommend.

Great Spot
We are heading south and this was the perfect place to stop for the night. Very welcoming group, got us set up in a nice spot that we didn't even have to unload our dingy. Place is extremely clean and well cared for. Good WiFi and cable for a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice! Highly Recommend.
This is our first RV motorhome road trip! Of course, every facility is different but for us, it was one of our best experiences. For starters, they had a spot for us (37’ Jayco) with a few hours notice. We’re traveling the 2nd week of Sept. which can be a busy time. We stayed in the back, in a back in site (there are Drive thru’s) with a clean concrete patio, table with 6 chairs, full-size gas grill, covered fire pit, little garden with a night light. Our hosts were extra accommodating in several ways: by answering the phone (twice) to make a reservation, guiding us to our site, in the dark, and coming back to replace the patio lightbulb. Thank you for the warm reception. Highly recommend.

Best LOA By Far
We stayed in Colorado CITY KOA for 10 days in August. We were visiting friends a seeing the sites. The site we had E18 had a fantastic view. The site does need to be packed better, o e of the newer sites. As my Jacks sunk about 7 inches. We would definitely stay at this park again. We did not use any of the amenities as our coach has everything. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice Location
We haven't stayed here in a while but I thought I would give you my opinion anyway. It is a great location for a homebase, it is a KOA so the price is a little higher but the amenities are great. They have a pavilion with several cooktop and grills for your use. Several sites are on the river, the water is cold but refreshing. We enjoyed our stay here. I will stay here again if we ever travel this way again.
