RV Park

Probably the nicest park we stayed in, very clean ,spots have plenty of room soom more then others,clean restroom and laundry room , excellent wifi, very quiet no road noise, and great location,I would give 10 stars if I had the option. We plan on staying again

We were here in June of 2021. Very nice park. All the spots are large level and spaced out. If you have trouble setting up in this park you need to camp more. Our spot was easy to set up on. Everything about this park is first class. Easy in and easy out. Fuel is just out side of the front gate. Walmart is just up the road. The park is on the outskirts of town. We would stay here again. 35 ft A class

We stayed here for a week in June 2019. Great little park some of the sites aren’t very level but manageable. Nice well maintained bathrooms and good staff. Make reservations in advance as they stay mostly booked in the summer.

Nice place and I'd rate it higher if it wasn't so dusty all the time. It would help tremendously if there was more gravel put on the road. There is a 5 mile per hour speed limit but it isn't enforced which causes more dirt in the air. It is very convenient to pagosa and the folks that run it are nice.

Beautiful RV Park

We stayed in Pagosa Springs 5 nights. Beautiful City. We found a clean park. Only downfall no sewer on the assign site. I wish they would let the RVers use the jacuzzi and rec room (reserved only for cabin occupants).

Nice Place

Quiet, good place to stay. Well maintained, small and quaint. Good location for getting to all parts of Pagosa Springs in a few minutes. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers, so I had to go to a laundromat as I typically have 3 loads. I paid by the month.

Great place. Real quite. Big back in sites. Reasonably priced. A lot of Texans here to get away from August heat in Texas.

Loved it. Next to the golf course next to some good antique stores and eateries. They also had a little dog run for dogs friendly staff I would go back to this place in an instant a bit pricey but you pay for what you get probably one of the cleanest RV spots we stayed on this year’s trip. Also I love the hummingbirds tons of hummingbirds in This Park different types of birds to see.
